My name is Bill, and I've created Nebula Timekeeping, because I want a small business owner or sole proprietor just like you to be able to easily keep track of time for themselves and/or a whole team of people. I know that it's hard keeping everyone on the same page- I've seen it myself as the timekeeper for a popular grocery store that is part of group of more than 100 stores. Now I've teamed up with Codex to create a timekeeping system that addresses some of the most frustrating parts of time tracking process for any size group. Nebula Timekeeping is meant to keeping time tracking straight-forward with a virtual timeclock built into every account. Every employee can see punches, viewable as both a list and a "Shiftcard" view, that intuitively builds your punches into cards that show how long you worked (and if any punches have been missed). There is a free version available that includes the basics: Punch yourself in, and print labor-hours reports. There is a paid version that includes that, plus all sorts of tools- including one for entering schedules, managing employees by jobcode, transferring time between jobcodes, checking audit trails of changes, and adding more employees that you can delegate certain capabilities to if desired with scopes management.
